RETURNS, DELIVERY & EXCHANGE
If you’ve ordered from Little Victory and you are not happy with your purchase, we can offer you a refund within 14 days of receipt (unused and in the original packaging).
We will give you back the amount you paid for the item, minus the postage, or offer an exchange if that’s what you’d prefer. All exchanges are subject to additional postage costs. If you are returning something please let us know by emailing info@littlevictory.co.uk
We are not responsible for the postage costs for any returning purchases.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
All kits are hand packed and checked very carefully before leaving Little Victory HQ. Should your item become damaged in transit, please photograph the problem and contact info@littlevictory.co.uk and we will work with you to rectify any problems.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SEND THINGS BACK?
14 days. We’d like to make sure that orders and returns are processed as quickly as possible.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURNS?
We will try to process all returns within 7 days of receiving the item. Please make sure you let us know the return has been sent and we can make sure its processed as quickly as possible.

Refunds can only be approved and processed once the goods have arrived back with us.
Please make sure you obtain PROOF OF POSTAGE when returning your item. If your parcel were to go missing in transit, we need to be able to track the item.
DELIVERY
We aim to process your order within 1-2 working days.
Standard delivery by Hermes is fixed at £4.50 for all UK mainland addresses. Transit time for this service is between 3-5 working days.
International Track and Signed delivery is available to all EU customers for a standard fee of £15.00. Transit time for this service is between 3-5 working days.
Delivery to the US mainland and Canada will be processed via our International courier at a standard fee of £30. Transit time will vary subject to courier service used.
